Hello, My name is Giselle Miranda. I am looking for work as a game artist or animator. I graduated from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.   I love to design and create art and animation.  I am very detail oriented and treat every assignment with the utmost importance.  I am proficient in Adobe Photoshop , Illustrator , Flash, 3DS Max  and Manga Studio . I love to learn new things and strive to improve my skills.  I enjoy working with others and I am always ready volunteer ideas.
Other then creating art, I love to watch cartoons and play video games.  The following works are pieces I did as a freelancer. Thank you for taking the time to look over my portfolio.

Designed the Atomic Cat Interactive mascot and rendered it in Manga Studio 5.

Previously I worked on a game for Beetle Juice from the Howard Stern show.

Initially I was told they wanted him in Paper Mario style.

Then I was told I could polish the style.
After I was directed to make the head smaller and remove the hair and this is the final design for the character under his costume.

This is my interpretation of Pippi Longstocking. Drawn in pencil and colored in using Adobe Photoshop. I designed her according to the book description. Red hair braided so tightly it stood away from her head, freckles, short dress patched, apron with a pocket stitched in the center of her stomache like a kangaroo, one black and one brown stocking, and boots twice as long as her feet.

Here is Pippi again cleaned up using Adobe illustrator in parts ready to be animated.

This is a demo splash screen for a game like angry birds but with penguins.

T-shirt Design of a Scorpion and skull.

I drew and painted this image in Photoshop, it was an art project for an independent horror film.

Scened I illustrated and animated for the Stump family goes to the beach using Adobe Flash.

Scenes from an short animation that aired in Africa.  Animation in Flash, I illustrated the characters in Flash based on the character sheets and animated them.  I did not make the backgrounds, animate the water, the person looking under the rug or the animation in the credits.
